Meetings are boring.Let's make them fun.

Agendiq turns your agenda into the meeting itself. A countdown keeps every block on time, the built-in video call changes with each one, and everyone votes, pitches ideas and reacts from their phone.

The Agendiq live stage during a weekly product sync: a video call with six people, a countdown for the current block, the agenda in a side panel. As the meeting moves from check-in to wrap-up, the call changes layout with each block.

How it works

From one sentence to a meeting people actually enjoy.

Plan the agenda, run it from one screen, and let everyone take part from the device in their pocket.

  1. Step 1

    Plan it in a minute

Describe the meeting in a sentence and AI drafts the agenda, or start from 117 templates. Blocks are drawn to scale, so you see at a glance whether it fits.

  2. Step 2

    Run it from one screen

Press Run live. A countdown runs every block, what's next is always in view, and the video call rearranges itself as the agenda moves.

  3. Step 3

    Everyone joins and plays

People scan a QR code or tap their invite link. No app, no account. They check in, vote, send ideas and react from their phone.

Built-in video

A video call that follows the agenda.

Other tools show the same grid of faces for an hour. In Agendiq every block changes the call, so the room does what the agenda needs. Pick a block and watch.

  • Presenters, granted live

Give someone presenter or screen-share rights with one click, and take them back just as fast.

  • Invites with personal links

Email invites carry the agenda and a calendar file. Each link joins that person by name.

  • Up to 50 people per call

25 on Pro, 50 on Team. Built for real team meetings, not webinars.

Parts

Everyone knows their part.

Give people a part while you plan. Their invite says what and when, their phone taps them a minute before, and the whole room sees who's up. The meeting practically runs itself.

  1. 1 · While you plan

    Give people a part

Present, lead, bring the numbers, take notes, keep time. Their invite says what and when.

  2. 2 · A minute before

    Their phone taps them

No more “oh, is it me?”. A heads-up, then a “You're up” card with the ask, the clock and “I'm done”.

  3. 3 · In the meeting

    The room sees who's up

The presenter gets the spotlight and screen share. Notes land on the screen from Ben's phone. Priya nudges when time is short.

Built-in fun

Fun, without the icebreaker cringe.

Small moments that get the whole room playing along, built into the meeting itself. Nothing to set up, nothing to install. Go on, press things.

  • Live reactions

Tap an emoji on the phone and it floats across the big screen. Try it. Only the count is kept.

  • Meeting score

Time, outcomes and participation, scored. Keep the streak alive.

  • Check-in word cloud

A mood and one word from everyone, before the first topic. Add yours.

  • Finish-on-time moments

A soft chime when a block runs out. Confetti when the whole meeting lands early. Press End meeting.

After the meeting

Leave with decisions, not a recording.

Capture a decision or an action with one click while it's said. It lands in a scored summary. Across a recurring meeting, the people directory shows who came and who took part.

Votes are never attributed, not even for the host. Talk time is kept as numbers, never as audio.

One tab, not four

Replace the four tools every meeting juggles.

A doc for the agenda, a video tool for the call, a poll or whiteboard app for input, and a timer nobody can see. None of them know about each other. In Agendiq they are one thing, so the agenda can actually run the meeting.

  • The doc agenda

Written the night before, closed by minute five.

  • The video call

The same grid of faces for the whole hour.

  • The poll or whiteboard app

Another link, another login, results nobody keeps.

  • The timer

On someone's phone. Nobody else can see it.

One tab: Agendiq

  • The agenda runs the meeting

Blocks drawn to scale, each with its own countdown on the big screen.

  • The call follows the agenda

Spotlight for updates, talk balance for discussion, paused cameras for breaks.

  • Everyone takes part from their phone

Check-ins, votes, ideas and reactions. Scan and go, no app, no account.

  • The summary writes itself

Decisions and actions captured with a click, planned against actual time.

Where your video tool still wins. Agendiq never records calls, and a call holds up to 25 people on Pro or 50 on Team. For recorded webinars with hundreds of people, keep what you have. You can also leave the built-in call off and run Agendiq on the shared screen alongside Zoom, Teams or Meet.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

The short version: guests never sign up, calls are never recorded, votes stay anonymous, and you can cancel any time. Read the privacy page.

Do participants need an account or an app?

No. People join by scanning the QR code on the shared screen or tapping their invite link, in any phone or laptop browser. Participants are always free and never need an account. Only the person who runs the meeting signs up.

Does it replace Zoom, Teams or Meet?

For most team meetings, yes. The built-in video call holds up to 25 people on Pro and 50 on Team, with screen sharing for presenters you allow, and it changes layout with every block. If you need recorded calls or webinars for hundreds of people, keep your current tool for those. You can also leave the built-in call off and run Agendiq on the shared screen next to any call or in a meeting room.

Are calls recorded? What about privacy?

Calls are never recorded: audio and video are live only. Votes stay anonymous, so tiles show that someone voted, never what, and nobody (including the host) can see who chose what. Only what you click to capture is saved. EU hosting is available for teams that need data to stay in Europe.

What happens when we use up our video hours?

Nothing breaks. Pro includes 30 video hours a month and Team 50 per facilitator; one video hour is one person on camera for one hour. Past the allowance, calls continue with audio and screen share until the month resets.

How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days with everything included and no card. If you don't subscribe, your agendas and summaries stay readable; only running meetings live is paused.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from your account whenever you like; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and your agendas and summaries stay readable afterwards.
